  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes we do ship internationally. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your shopping cart.
  • What is your returns policy?
    In line with DSR (distance selling regulations) we will only accept items for returns with 14days of purchase. Please note it is your responsibility to return items to us. Full details are available on our terms of service page.
  • How do I return an item?
    If you wish to return an item please send us an email. Once we have processed your request we will send you an RMA Number (Return Number) and instructions on how to return your item.
  • What are your delivery options?
    We offer delivery worldwide and use a number of different services depending on where the order is going. UK orders are generally sent using Royal Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery services.
  • How do I track my order?
    We will notify you when we receive your order and once your order has been dispatched. Standard delivery does not include tracking however we do offer a tracked delivery service.
  • What if my order is damaged?
    Don't worry we will resolve this for you as quickly as we can. Please let us know by sending an email or speaking to us on live chat. We will normally ask for photos showing the damaged item and packaging if relevant.
